Notice of Annual General Meeting

We welcome you to attend the Qualicum Graham Park AGM on Thursday, November 20th at 7:00pm.  The meeting takes place at the Community Center, 48 Nanaimo Dr.

The QGPCA is still looking for volunteers to join the board!  During the AGM, we will be looking to elect community members for Rentals Director, Communications Director and Webmaster.  Please consider raising your hand for one of these positions.

In order to vote at the AGM, you must have a valid household membership.  You can purchase a membership online in advance of the AGM, or at the Community Center before the meeting gets started.

Fall Festival 2025

Join us on Saturday, October 4th, 2025, at the Qualicum Community Centre and Nanaimo Park (48 Nanaimo Drive) for a free, family-friendly event for all ages, packed with Fall festivities and fun— it’s going to be unbe-leaf-able! 

Here’s what we have in store:

1:00 – 4:00 p.m. 

  • Fall Festival Market – Bake Sales, Craft Sales and neighbourhood garden Veggie Sale

  • Pumpkin Carving & Scarecrow Making Contest

  • Door Prize Draws

6:45 p.m. 

  • Movie Night in the Park

  • Membership Wine & Cheese Reception

VOLUNTEERS WANTED! 

We’re looking for a few festive folks to help plan and volunteer for our Fall Festival. If you’ve got an hour to spare on Oct. 4th, or if you have an urge to help create this event, email Larissa at social@qualicum.org.

2025 Summer Community Fun Day

We’re excited to host the 2025 Summer Community Fun Day on Saturday, June 21st from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.!

We’ve gone all out this June to create a truly exciting event with loads of activities, and special entertainment that everyone will enjoy!

Here is what we have lined up:

  • FOUR inflatable activities, including:
    • An animal playland for toddlers (1-5 yrs)
    • A 50 foot extreme obstacle course for (5yrs and up)
    • Three lane Bungee Run (5 yrs to Adult)
    • Axe toss (all ages)
  • Great relay races and games:
    • Fish pond
    • Tug of war
    • Egg-in-spoon
    • Potato sack race
    • Three-legged race
  • Lots of fun food!
    • Hot dogs, chips, freezies, a cotton candy machine,
    • AND a visit from Cool Treats Ice Cream Truck! (bring cash)

We’ll also have a dunk tank, a DJ, face painting, many prizes to be won, and a busker – Mr. Tex Rexman!

Tex is a one-of-a-kind cowboy entertainer who juggles and cracks jokes as easily as he cracks whips! And you won’t believe what his grand finale trick is! Hint: it involves fire and a volunteer!

So gather your friends and family, bring your sunscreen, and get ready to make some fun memories!
