- Priority for class space is given to returning members. After that, class space is reserved on a first come, first served basis
- Please secure your space by bringing a cheque to the first class of the session. You can make your cheque payable QGPCA
Vinyasa Flow
Winter Session
$170/ 13 wk session
- January 2nd to March 27th
- Wednesdays: 7:30 to 8:45pm
- Join our 75 minute yoga flow class to increase your strength, stretch, rejuvenate, and find mindfulness. Inclusive environment, modifications for limited mobility or injuries always provided.
- Minimum of 8 participants required. Drop-in Rate $15
T(w)een Yoga
Winter Session
$110/ 13 wk session
- January 9th – March 27th
- Wednesdays: 6:15 to 7:15pm
- This class is about body awareness, balance, and breathing techniques to support us in movement or in anxious or stressful situations. Most of all, this is an inclusive and fun environment.
- Minimum of 8 participants required. Drop-in Rate $10
- Minimum Age: 10
