For your information, BRIGIL provided a revised site plan package for the development at 2940 & 2946 Baseline Road. This is a previously approved applicant and the applicant would like to change the approved drawings.
The applicant is proposing to change the phase 1 building from an apartment building to a retirement home. There are no significant change to the building design, apart from a small retraction in the north-east building facade due to a transformer and changes in underground parking layout due to soil condition (reduction from 6 to 2 floors).
The building will provide 166 parking spaces + 4 visitor parking spaces for the phase 1 retirement home, whereas the by-law requires 40 spaces with no required visitor parking. All of the conditions are from the previous approve with no change. This revision was not subject to public consultation.
