Yoga and Pilates at the Community Centre

NEW this session: Carla’s classes on Monday evening and Saturday morning will be 15 minutes longer. These are more intermediate classes, please contact us if you’re not sure if you should join.
Sara will be teaching the Monday evening beginner’s class. She taught a few sessions ago and we are very glad for her return.
Pilates Classes offered are:
  • Beginner: Mondays 7:30-8:30pm, Sep 14 to Dec 7, $120 – Sara (No Class Thanksgiving)
  • Intermediate: Mondays 6:00-7:15pm, Sep 14 to Dec 7, $120 – Carla (No Class Thanksgiving)
  • Intermediate: Sat 8:15-9:30am, Sep 12 to Dec 5, $110 – Carla (No class Thanksgiving or Sat Oct 17)
  • All levels:  Wed 1:30-2:30pm, Sep 16 to Dec 9, $130 – Sandra
Class space is reserved on a first come, first serve basis by dropping off a cheque to QGPCA at 34 Nanaimo Dr.
If you miss a class, feel free to make it up in any other Pilates class offered this Fall session.

Beginner Yoga with Trina Pearce

Mondays 6:15 – 7:30 PM
September 14 – December 7. No class Oct. 12.
75 minute class that focuses on fundamentals, alignment, and breath.

Intermediate Yoga with Trina Pearce

60 minute Vinyasa flow/Hatha class tailored to varied levels of skill.
