  • A yoga mat is required
  • Priority for class space is given to returning members. After that, class space is reserved on a first come, first served basis

New Classes

Introducing two trial 4 week sessions; one for our younger yogis and Yin yoga for all levels (ages 15 and up). Each class requires a minimum of 8 participants to run. This day and time is a trial at the community center. Programs might run at a different time after this initial session.

Candlelight Flow

Winter Session
$90/8 wk session
  • January 10th – February 28th
  • Wednesdays: 7:30 to 8:45pm
  • Join our 75 minute yoga flow class to increase your strength, stretch, rejuvenate, and find mindfulness.  Inclusive environment, modifications for limited mobility or injuries always provided.
  • Minimum of 8 participants required. Drop-in Rate $12

T(w)een Yoga

Winter Session
$55/8 wk session
  • January 10th – February 28th
  • Wednesdays: 6:30 to 7:15pm
  • Minimum age is 10. Suitable for boys and girls. A perfect compliment to sports, yoga helps our younger generation improve strength, flexibility, body awareness, and coordination.
  • Minimum of 8 participants required. Drop-in rate $7

Kid's Yoga

Winter Session
$28/4 wk session
  • January 12th – February 2nd
  • Fridays: 6:30 to 7:15pm
  • Our younger yogis explore the principals of yoga in a fun, inclusive environment. This class is about body awareness, balance, and breathing techniques to support us in movement or in anxious or stressful situations.
  • Minimum of 8 participants required.

Yin Yoga

All Levels, Winter Session
$45/4 wk session
  • January 12th – February 2nd
  • Fridays: 7:30 to 8:45pm
  • Let’s slow down our yoga practice by holding our asanas longer, getting into our connective tissue. In this 4 week session, we’ll explore yin poses and end each class with a guided meditation, chanting, visualization, or long savasana.
  • Minimum of 8 participants required. Drop-in rate $12

Chair Yoga Fall 2017

Are you interested in stretching, strengthening, and finding mindfulness? Yoga is truly for everyone. Chair yoga is a practice that provides varying levels of support for people at any age that have injuries or mobility issues. It allows you to choose your level of stretching and strengthening according to your needs. You might stay seated the entire class, or perhaps you just need the chair for standing support.

If there’s enough interest, we can provide a free class this summer for a demonstration and follow up with a Fall session.
