Fall Vinyasa Flow

Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga
$140/13 wk session
  • September 13th – December 6th
  • Wednesdays: 7:30 to 8:45pm
  • Join our 75 minute yoga flow class to increase your strength, stretch, rejuvenate, and find mindfulness.  Inclusive environment, modifications for limited mobility or injuries always provided.
  • Minimum of 7 participants required. Drop-in Rate $12

Fall T(w)een Yoga

Welcome back to teen yoga!
$73/13 wk session
  • September 13th – December 6th
  • Wednesdays: 6:30 to 7:15pm
  • Suitable for boys and girls. A perfect compliment to sports, yoga helps improve strength, flexibility, body awareness, and coordination. Fun, inclusive environment.
  • Minimum of 8 participants required. Drop-in rate $6

Fall Kripalu

Gentle Kripalu Yoga
$108/12 wk session
  • September 19th – December 5th
  • Tuesdays: 7:00 to 8:30pm
  • Kripalu Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga using inner focus, meditation, standard yoga poses, breath work and relaxation. Along with focus on proper body alignment, you will be gently guided to use your breath as a tool that helps bring you into a place of compassionate self-acceptance, while observing the activity of the mind without judgement.
  • This class is suitable for all levels – Beginners are welcome.

Chair Yoga Fall 2017

Are you interested in stretching, strengthening, and finding mindfulness? Yoga is truly for everyone. Chair yoga is a practice that provides varying levels of support for people at any age that have injuries or mobility issues. It allows you to choose your level of stretching and strengthening according to your needs. You might stay seated the entire class, or perhaps you just need the chair for standing support.

If there’s enough interest, we can provide a free class this summer for a demonstration and follow up with a Fall session.
